Sustainability

The 955 Manhattan design was inspired by the Living Building Concept. Concrete construction of the condo, EV charging infrastructure, 10 ft tall exterior windows penetrating deep into floor plans to reduce electrical consumption, and mechanical/electrical systems designed through consultation with energy modelling consultants are a few of the considerations driving the design to meet or exceed the BC Step code requirements.
